This delegation aims to broaden Hong Kong youth's understanding of the motherland and foster positive values through cultural, technological, and service experiences. The title "Compassion Caravan: Hainan" symbolises both Hong Kong students journeying to Hainan and walking hand-in-hand with local children to foster mutual exchange. The itinerary includes visits to technological and cultural institutions to learn about China's aerospace and innovation achievements, alongside serving local institutions or schools, enabling youth to learn through service and grow through exchange.
