DCMUN Conference 2021 is coming!
The Dream Compassioneers
Model United Nations (DCMUN) 2022 conference is held on 3rd July and 4th July.

Eligibility: Secondary 2 to Secondary 5 students (Or equivalents)
Introduction
After WWII, the United Nations (UN) was established in 1945, with 193 member states participating in the UN currently. The UN is one of the most important international organisations to settle international issues, maintaining world peace.
Dream Compassioneers will be organising Dream Compassioneers Model United Nations Conference 2021, encouraging students to discuss issues related to children’s rights to achieve social advocacy. Students will be representing different countries as delegates to discuss issues raised in the United Nations Human Rights Council (UNHRC), the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF), the United Nations Economic and Social Council (ECOSOC).
Participants are expected to actively engage in these global issues, understand the challenges, and come up with innovative resolutions while developing negotiation, leadership, and analytical skills within.

This is an educational simulation and academic activity, aiming to raise awareness about the current situation of children and their level of education around the world.
We hope that through this programme, students can learn and understand the importance of education, and come up with solutions to safeguard it for children all around the globe by modeling upon actual UN participants.
Hopefully, they can also learn about DC, especially our purpose and values.

In this programme, students can learn about diplomacy, international relations, and the United Nations; this involves teaching participants in speaking, debating, and writing skills, in addition to critical thinking, teamwork, and leadership abilities.
Participating students can also win various awards, including the 'Best Speaker', 'Honourable Mention', and a 'Best Delegate P&D' certificate from each council, which will be valued by universities when applying for them.
It showcases that the student not only has the passion to become a future leader and work for the betterment of our society as whole, but also proves that they have a great critical, ethical and dynamic mind.

Dream Compassioneers recruits delegates for Dream Compassioneers Model United Nations 2021 starting from now! The conference will be held on 3rd July 2021 and 4th July 2021.

No matter if you are a newbie to the MUN conference or an experienced delegate, please fill out the application form on our website!
​
The deadline for delegate recruitment is 31st March, 2021 9 pm HKT (Early-bird), 30th April, 2021 9 pm HKT (Regular Application). Make sure to submit the application before the stated time!
​
Admission fee I $40 (Early-bird/Member school/2 or more delegates per each) $50 (Regular Application) $200 (Including six delegates)
​
Each delegate should fill out the form even if you applied as a team of 2 or more delegates.
The admission fees will go to Dream Compassioneers to help children in the world to access education. Please show your support to them by your participation! Admission fees will be collected after successful application.
